An upgrade means handling your entire business database. Here is exactly how we protect it, from the first scan to the final deletion.
Your live database is never touched
The platform only ever works on a copy of your dump. Trial databases cannot be named prod, production or live, so they can never be confused with your real system.
Neutralised test systems
Outgoing email, bank synchronisation and payment providers are disabled on every test copy, so nothing reaches your customers or bank.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Uploads, backups and test databases are encrypted end to end.
Logged engineer access
Every engineer action on your project is recorded and visible to you.
Automatic deletion
Copies of your data are deleted automatically after go-live and the retention period.
NDA and DPA
We sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement before you share anything.

You upload an encrypted dump; we run and test on TechUltra servers.
Private: Docker
The platform runs on your own server. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.
Private: SSH
We install and operate the platform on your infrastructure for you.
Can the upgrade run without my data leaving our servers?

Yes. In private mode, TechUltra Upgrades runs on your own infrastructure via Docker or SSH, so no copy of your data leaves your network.
Do you sign an NDA or DPA?

What happens to my data after the project?
